This agreement outlines the structure, expectations, and policies that support the integrity of services offered through Conscious Holistic Elevation.
By accessing this Website, submitting an intake form, completing payment, booking a session, or participating in any service offered through Conscious Holistic Elevation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
🌿 Nature of the Services
Services offered through Conscious Holistic Elevation include spiritually guided readings delivered within structured private sessions. These services are spiritual, intuitive, and reflective in nature and are intended to support personal insight, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Each session includes a personalized reading component, which may explore patterns, perspectives, energetic dynamics, and life themes relevant to your current experience.
These services:
- are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial services
- do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support
- do not create any regulated professional-client relationship
No therapist-client, physician-patient, lawyer-client, financial advisor-client, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship is created through use of this Website or participation in sessions.
If you require support in any regulated field, you are encouraged to seek assistance from a qualified professional.
📥 Intake Process
Completing an intake form is the first step in requesting a session through Conscious Holistic Elevation.
The information you provide helps personalize your reading, supports the preparation process, and allows your session to focus on your current circumstances, intentions, and the service you’ve selected.
After submitting your intake form, you’ll receive access to complete payment through the secure online checkout.
A client relationship is established only after payment has been successfully received.
🚨 Not Crisis or Emergency Services
Sessions are not appropriate for crisis support, emergency situations, or urgent mental health needs.
If you are experiencing distress, are in crisis, or believe you may be in danger, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis support provider immediately.
🌿 Client Responsibility
By participating in sessions, you acknowledge that:
- you retain full personal responsibility for your interpretations, decisions, actions, and outcomes
- you maintain full autonomy and free will in how you apply the insights shared during your reading
- information provided is intended for reflection, awareness, and perspective—not directive instruction
Conscious Holistic Elevation does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
🔮 Session Preparation
Every session includes a personalized preparation phase completed before your scheduled appointment.
Preparation begins after your session has been booked.
This dedicated preparation allows your reading to be thoughtfully developed before your live session, helping create a focused, grounded, and personalized experience.
Dedicated preparation time and appointment capacity are reserved specifically for each confirmed client.
💳 Payment Policy
All services are preparation-based, time-reserved sessions.
Once payment has been accepted, your place within the client journey is reserved.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
💳 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through the Conscious Holistic Elevation online checkout using PayPal.
Depending on PayPal’s availability and eligibility requirements, clients may be able to pay using:
- PayPal
- an eligible credit card
- an eligible debit card
Any financing options, including Pay Later or Pay in 4, are offered solely by PayPal and remain subject to PayPal’s terms and approval.
Preparation begins only after your session has been booked.
📅 Scheduling & Rescheduling
Session appointments are reserved exclusively for each client.
Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Clients arriving late are welcome to join the remainder of their scheduled session; however, sessions cannot be extended beyond their original end time.
If a client has not joined within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require the purchase of a new reading.

🌿 Session Environment
Clients are responsible for joining sessions from a quiet, private environment where interruptions are unlikely.
To support the quality and integrity of the work, sessions should not be attended while driving, supervising children, participating in other activities, or from environments where ongoing distractions may interfere with the session.
Whenever reasonably possible, clients are encouraged to:
- join approximately five minutes early
- ensure a stable internet connection
- silence notifications
- choose a comfortable, uninterrupted space
Sessions are conducted with cameras turned off to support focus, minimize distraction, and create a grounded environment for both client and practitioner.
⏳ Booking Window
After payment has been received, you’ll receive access to book your session.
To help maintain the preparation timeline, clients are asked to schedule their session within five (5) days of receiving booking access.
If a session has not been scheduled within this timeframe, it may be placed on hold until the client reconnects.
Placing a session on hold does not create an obligation for Conscious Holistic Elevation to extend booking access, maintain reserved availability, or modify the original terms of purchase.
🎥 Session Recordings
Sessions are recorded as part of the service provided and are made available to support your personal reflection and integration.
Recordings are provided through a secure download link and remain available for the stated access period.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their recording before the access period expires.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all recordings, written materials, session documents, website content, guides, downloads, and other resources provided by Conscious Holistic Elevation remain the intellectual property of Conscious Holistic Elevation.
These materials are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, publicly shared, sold, or otherwise used without prior written permission.
🔒 Confidentiality & Communication
Personal information and session content are handled with care using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
While every reasonable effort is made to protect your information, no method of electronic communication, online platform, cloud-based storage system, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
By participating in services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent limitations of electronic communication and online technology.
⚠️ Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services
Conscious Holistic Elevation reserves the right to decline, postpone, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue services where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to:
- boundary concerns
- inappropriate behavior
- safety considerations
- policy violations
- non-payment or payment disputes
- inability to maintain a respectful session environment
🌿 Relationship & Third-Party Boundaries
Sessions may include discussion of relational dynamics.
Conscious Holistic Elevation does not access or provide information about another individual’s private thoughts, intentions, or personal information without consent.
All insights are provided in relation to the client’s own experience, patterns, and perspective.
✨ Spiritual Interpretation
Spiritual and intuitive insights are interpretive in nature.
Different practitioners may offer different perspectives.
Clients are encouraged to apply personal discernment and integrate only what resonates.
⚙️ Technology & Force Majeure
Conscious Holistic Elevation is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or an inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- internet or platform outages
- technical failures
- illness or emergency
- power disruptions
- unforeseen events
Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or otherwise accommodate affected sessions where appropriate.
🔞 Eligibility
Sessions are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conscious Holistic Elevation shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from participation in sessions or reliance upon information provided.
All decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.
📍 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the applicable laws of Canada.
✂️ Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By submitting an intake form, completing payment, booking a session, or participating in a session, you confirm that you:

- agree to the policies outlined
- understand the nature and scope of the services provided
- accept personal responsibility for your participation, decisions, and outcomes
