No.

A Property Clearing is a focused energetic service centered on a physical space rather than your personal Soul Profile.
The service includes a detailed property intake, energetic assessment, appropriate clearing or realignment work, organized findings, and a private 20-minute review session.
Most of the energetic work is completed before we meet. During your Zoom appointment, we review what was observed, what work was completed, and any relevant insights or practical recommendations.
Your session is recorded so you can revisit the information afterward.
❓ Who can request a Property Clearing?
You may request a Property Clearing for a private space that you own or for which you currently hold direct financial responsibility.
This may include:
- a home you own
- a jointly owned home or property
- an entire property you rent or lease
- your private unit or room within a rented property
- a business or commercial property you own
- a business or commercial space you directly rent or lease
Your intake will ask about your relationship to the property and the areas you are requesting to have included so that the appropriate scope can be established.
❓ Can I request a Property Clearing if I rent my home?
Yes.
If you rent or lease an entire home or property and hold financial responsibility for that space, the clearing may generally include the space covered by your rental or lease.
If you rent only a unit, room, office, or other portion of a larger property, the clearing is limited to the private space for which you are financially responsible.
For example, if you rent an apartment, your apartment may be included, but shared hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, building grounds, or other common areas would not be included.
❓ Can shared or common areas be included?
Generally, no.
A Property Clearing is limited to the private property or space for which you have the appropriate ownership or financial responsibility.
Shared or public spaces—such as apartment hallways, condominium common areas, shared building facilities, public property, or spaces outside your area of responsibility—are not included simply because you regularly use or access them.
Your intake helps establish these boundaries before the clearing takes place.
❓ Can I request a clearing for someone else’s home or property?
No.
Simply knowing someone, visiting their property, or being concerned about a space does not provide the appropriate basis for requesting a clearing of that property.
The person requesting the service must have the appropriate ownership or direct financial responsibility for the space being cleared.
If another person owns or rents the property, they would generally need to request the service themselves.
❓ Can a workplace or business be cleared?
A business or commercial space may be eligible when you own the property or directly rent or lease the space and hold financial responsibility for it.
Simply working at a location does not make the larger workplace eligible for clearing.
For example, if you rent your own private office or commercial suite, that space may be eligible. A workplace owned or leased by your employer would not become eligible simply because you work there.
❓ Do I need to be present while the property is cleared?
No.

You do not need to remain online or be physically present while that work is being completed.

No.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

Completing your intake begins your reading journey, but the personalized preparation of your reading does not begin until your session has been scheduled.

It allows your reading to be developed intentionally in relation to when we will actually meet.
This helps ensure that preparation is neither rushed nor completed too far in advance of the session.
❓ How far in advance are personal reading sessions scheduled?
Personal reading appointments are intentionally scheduled in advance so adequate preparation time is built into the process.
The available dates shown through your private booking link reflect the preparation timeline required for the service.
You will select from the dates currently available when you receive your booking invitation.
❓ Is Property Clearing scheduled the same way?
Property Clearing has its own preparation and booking structure because the energetic assessment and clearing are completed before the 20-minute call.

❓ Are sessions confidential?
Personal information and session content are handled with care using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
❓ What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule your session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, your appointment can be rescheduled to another available session time.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations. The scheduled session will be forfeited, and a new reading must be purchased if you would like to book another session.
These terms help protect both the personalized preparation completed for your reading and the appointment time reserved exclusively for you.

❓ What happens if I am late?
If you arrive late, you are welcome to join the remainder of your scheduled session.
However, your session will still end at its originally scheduled time and cannot be extended to make up for the time missed.
If you have not joined within 20 minutes of your scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited.
If you would like to book another session after a no-show, a new reading must be purchased.

❓ What happens if I miss my session?
Missed appointments and no-shows are forfeited.
Because your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you and personalized preparation has already been completed for your reading, missed sessions cannot be transferred or rescheduled.
If you would like to schedule another session, a new reading must be purchased.
If you expect that you will be unable to attend your appointment, please request a reschedule at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.

These are personalized, preparation-based services.
Once payment has been completed and accepted, purchases are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the applicable policy.
